Joshua Jackson Credits His "Beautiful Little Girl" For Why He's Loving Life After 40
Emmy-nominated star Joshua Jackson has opened up about how his daughter has changed his life for the better.
In a recent interview with People magazine, Jackson said that becoming a father has given him a new perspective on life.
"I used to be so focused on my career," he said. "But now, my daughter is my priority. She's the most important thing in my life."—Joshua Jackson
Jackson and his wife, actress Jodie Turner-Smith, welcomed their daughter in April 2020.
Jackson said that he was initially hesitant about becoming a father, but that he has since realized that it is the best thing that has ever happened to him.
"I love being a dad," he said. "It's the most rewarding experience in the world."
Jackson is nominated for an Emmy Award for his role in the Showtime series "The Affair." He has previously been nominated for Emmys for his roles in "Dawson's Creek" and "Fringe."
The 74th Primetime Emmy Awards will be held on September 12, 2022.
